Coney Orchard, South Somerset

Acquired in 2006 this is a 15 acre site comprising a mix of young orchards, rush grazing and woodland with small streams. An ancient 80 foot pond has been restored and stocked, Pheasants are finished in the woodland and sheep grazed in the pasture and orchard areas.

The orchards now comprise a 50 tree cider orchard and a mix of over 60 fruit and nut trees, ancient varieties of various species. The majority of woodland is being restored to coppice production.
